V&A’s Opera: Passion, Power and Politics exhibition in collaboration with the Royal Opera House presents a vivid story of opera from its origins in late-Renaissance Italy to the present day, focusing on the opening nights of seven opera premieres, in seven distinct cultural landscapes, across 400 years.
Our campaign is designed to highlight the immersive experience of the exhibition. A frieze-like composition of symbolic objects represents each opera through the themes of passion, power and politics.
