Interpreting a concept of Light Speed, Village Green worked alongside Nike Football Brand Design to create campaign images for the 2016 National Team Kit launch. Motion capture technology was used to create athlete action images showing fibres flowing from the kit, and transforming into light-lines that track the athletes motion. The new Nike Vapor kits represent a significant advancement in kit engineering – delivering a lighter, more breathable material for added movability. The images spanned five national teams; France, England, Brazil, Portugal and Holland.
