Embracing one of the most significant urban redevelopments in the country, the new branding repositions Great Charles Street to appeal to a wide mix of tenants, from tech startups to large corporations, providing the flexibility to upscale or downsize within the estate. A fresh approach to design and colour retains the autonomy of each building under the Great Charles Street umbrella, which Village Green created alongside naming, positioning, environmental and marketing assets.
